1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personal Training provides a more customized method of reaching your health and fitness goals. Through one-on-one sessions, you receive both the attention and knowledge necessary to either start or build upon your fitness journey. By integrating beneficial Calisthenics strength training with Yoga and Self-Myofascial release techniques, the body is able to return to its natural state. Literally meaning "beautiful strength," Calisthenics is the art of using various bodyweight exercises and movements like pulling, pushing, squatting, jumping, and inverting. Practice of these movements has been proven to increase overall strength, stamina, coordination, and flexibility. They are ideal for those looking to start a fitness routine to counteract their sedentary lifestyle or athletes whose training results in little progress, plateaus, or injury. Sessions are designed to identify the strengths and weaknesses in each individual and work toward establishing a functional balance within the body. 

There are two options of personal training dependent upon how you wish to be trained:

LIVE SESSIONS

The LIVE SESSIONS option is ideal for you if:​

  • it's usually difficult motivate yourself when working out.

  • you are unfamiliar with Calisthenics exercises and would do better if someone were there to show you as needed

  • you are unfamiliar with typical fitness terminology and would rather someone guide you on what to do

  • you prefer working out with a coach/trainer next to you to answer questions and give feedback

Sessions are held live and online via Zoom.

 

While no workout equipment is necessary, workouts can and will accommodate to any that you do have and want to use.

2 Sessions Per Week

TRAINING PLAN ONLY

The PLAN ONLY option is ideal for you if:​

  • you have no problem motivating yourself to workout

  • you are very familiar with Calisthenics exercises and would not need any examples or videos on how to perform

  • you understand typical fitness terminology and methodology and would not need them explained

  • you prefer working out on your own and getting occasional feedback as needed

Sessions are held live and online via Zoom.

LIVE GROUP CLASSES

Live Group Systematic Calisthenics Workouts are now being offered online at Prakriti Method, alongside, Yoga Classes and Guided Foam-Rolling Sessions!

To sign up for classes, click any of the buttons below and you will be redirected to the Prakriti Method website to purchase a membership. Upon purchase, we recommend you download the Wix app to easily sign up for classes. You will receive the zoom link for each class upon sign up!

SINGLE CLASS DROP-IN

There are various classes to choose from, ranging from Beginner to Advanced Calisthenics to Yoga and Self-Myofascial Release. Click the button below to be redirected to the class schedule and descriptions.

UNLIMITED CLASSES

Gain access to all of the classes offered each week in order to have a well-balanced body and fitness regimen. This plan usually pays for itself after the first week of classes, and allows you to take advantage of the various offerings.

CLASSES + COUNSELING

On top of unlimited classes, reclaim your health and happiness for good by adding on Wellness Counseling with Jenna Murrow. These sessions will supplement your training regiment with dietary guidance and herbal supplementation.
